I semi-recently acquired an old Fluke 332D DC Voltage Standard and as part of the restoration I replaced all the electrolytic capacitors.
Now, I am unable to get any output from the unit. It was outputting voltage before but now it just trips out on over current or over voltage (It's not clear which one).

I replaced all the caps like for like as best as I could, ie. replacing all the Sprague 30D caps with brand new 30D caps etc. and I've double checked values and orientation.

Is there anyone who can point me in the right direction as to what to poke in this thing to make it work?
Where does all this test equipment keep coming from?!?

Well, with a poke around I found a bunch of out of spec resistors in my unit and a busted Zener on the Aux PSU board. It's the precision CR6 6.3V one. I'll replace it with a standard zener for testing then swap to a 1N829A once it's working.

I think I'll rip out the carbon composite resistors and replace them all with metal film resistors (I can get 1% tolerance, 50ppm for a good price).

The resistance checks in the service manual at the start of the troubleshooting section indicate there is a problem with the Aux PSU board, so replacing these bits might just get it working..
