Hi I am here Fluke 335d dc voltmeter  dosen't working .The device doesn't give  output   Checked out the device  there is no feed  of cards the card comes all voltages

You need to find someone that is well versed in the Turkish language.  It does not translate well to English at all.

Have you checked the filter (aluminum electrolytic) capacitors?

Switches are another point of failure, but they can usually be repaired.
