Fluke 435 Power Quality Analyzer

I have a Fluke 435 with a suspected internal power supply problem.  Fluke won't repair it since it's obsolete so I'm trying to fix it myself.  Does anyone know where I might find Fluke 435 diagnostic / troubleshooting / repair information?  Also is there a good resource, other than Google searches, for identifying components by their markings? The components in the attached image are pretty well marked and should be easy to find information for but I'm striking out big time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
