Fluke 787 Help (I know you that this is a long shot)
« on: December 20, 2021, 11:52:00 am »
Hello,

I had a problem with my fluke 787 process meter. I removed the a MOSFET from the main board and wrote down the number FR320 which I read from the MOSFET. but now I've lost the MOSFET and I can't find anything that is an exact match for that part number online. I already know that it was a bonehead move.

I was wondering if anyone knew the part number or if anyone with a similar meter laying around might be so kind as to crack it open and retrieve that part number for me.

this is the only decent meter I have and I'm already kicking myself for screwing it up.

thank you,

Best guess is IRFR320PBF.
Hope that helps.
