Fluke 789 not starting up

Hi guys i have a Fluke 789 that will not turn on,i have looked at the two forum posts here but mine is diferent,

The meter draws no current when turned on so looks like i have a power rail down,however i am sruggling without a schematic or block diagram  board is good with no damage or delamination to it

Does anyone have any board info for this meter seems a shame to scrap it

Check battery, check IC power rails, check flash\generator, activity when button is turned.
