I own a fluke 789 process meter for almost 3 years, recently its stop read or output milliamp signal, so i open the casing to do physical inspection and found the incoming resistor right after fuse holder is burnt ( prolly due to mishandling from my worker ) , the resistor body is destroyed and hardly recognize what printed on it.
I was thinking that resistor could be some kind of zero-link resistor ? or it does have a rated resistance ?
Those picture of 789 shared and circulated on the internet have different component layout to mine, guess this unfortunate 789 is a newer model, seeking for service manual and no luck to get em..
Is there anyone in here can provide good advise or perhaps share me the snap-shoot of your 789 at here will be greatly appreciated ~ i pray that you will have a really good time in 2021 :D
