I didn't post the schematic however from the drawing number it looks to be from an advantest/takeda rikken multimeter.

It helped me out with understanding the converter on the F8050A as it's a pretty similar design. In my case my AC problems were caused by a faulty LF351 on the main board, plus a bad CA3046 on the hybrid. Working on the hybrid is tricky - probably best to use a heat gun or hot plate. I managed to pull off one pad but luckily I could pick up the circuit at a nearby test point.
