Title: Fluke 8505A Replacement Back Leg (3D-printed)

My Fluke 8505A was delivered with a broken leg.

Seeing as I now have a 3D printer, I figured that I should try my hand at drawing a replacement piece. It ended up working quite well.

I've uploaded the model at Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2397571), in case anyone else needs it. I expect that it'll also work for other Flukes like the 8506A and 8500A.

Actually, I wonder if anyone has made the little clip-on feet for the HP scopes that keep going missing and cost an arm and leg to buy...

A friend is currently offering me his never used 3D printer for 1/3 the price... problem is its one of those nice fancy ones that cost an arm, a leg and a kidney

I definitely second the idea of applying this concept to HP equipment. Not uncommon to get units with missing/cracked back or bottom feet, and even when they are intact they are often so brittle that I wouldn't trust them to hold up a heavy piece of equipment on the back legs.
