Title: Fluke 9640A-LPNX RF Reference Source - Power Supply issue
Post by: tekfanatic94 on October 13, 2023, 01:55:51 pm
Hello everyone,

I have a Fluke 9640A-LPNX in my hands with a problem identified with the power supply.
According to the manual I should have the following voltages: +5Vdc, -8.2Vdv, +12Vdc, +20Vdc, +38Vdc.
After measurement I only found +5V and +12V.
I suspect some components were removed (see photos).
Do any of you have the service manual with diagrams or detailed photos of the power supply?

Thank you in advance for your help  :)

I think you already know,  it will be very hard to get more than a few user manual or specs sheets

Thank you for your reply. Indeed, it's almost impossible to find schematics.
I'm just looking for photos to identify the missing components.
So if anyone has this model and can take photos, that would be great :)
Thanks to all
