--- Quote from: davidwf on January 14, 2022, 05:48:26 pm ---Looking for any suggestions as to why, after years of sterling service my Fluke DSP-4000 main unit suddenly just displays some horizontal bands when powered on...it was pworking perfectly when turned off the day before! --- End quote --- I have multiple 4100 units like this, i have checked the whole board and seems nothing wrong. I pulled both U17 & U18 AT29LV040A off the board and read in programmer but both modules are dead, i have new ones but unsure of how the flash should be done, the remote unit firmware is less than 4mbit so i have flashed onto both chips and replaced but remote unit still not booting. The address lines of the 4mbit eeproms goto the MC68307V so it's likely i guess that the firmware is motorola assembly. |

Hi Asis, I’ve just been searching through form posts looking for firmware and standards files for my DSP-4300. I know considerable time has passed, but do you still have 1.925 and do you have the Standard 5.17 file? I look forward to hearing from you. |

Hi, I'm already retired and don't work with these TDRs, but there are some files in the archives on the old PC. Tell me what you need and give me a link to a file hosting service to which I will try to upload. |

Thanks for taking the time to post, we already have those files, what we need is a read of the internal eeproms from a working unit. To restore the bootloader. |
