Fluke Philips PM3394 Combiscope AmpXZ IC

I got 2 PM3394 scopes, both with the AmpXZ busted: OQ0229P
I can not find those anywhere, not even the datasheet.

I want buy 4 of them, or at least 2.
Please, can someone point me the right direction? |O |O

What has happened to your scopes?   I have a  PM3394B that just came to me with the same fried chips.  Wondering if you ever found any?

I'm pretty certain you're only going to find those in the 3394 and similar 'scopes.

Look for a parts mule on eBay.

Philips made those chips only for these scopes and they are no where to be found.
