Fluke PM2812: broken backlight inverter repair
« on: November 11, 2017, 03:18:25 pm »
Hi,

recently i bought a second hand Fluke PM2812 Power supply, the same as in EEVblog #755. The power supply works great but the backlight of the front display seemed to be broken. I opened it up, and as can be seen in the first attachement it wasn't very hard to find te problem :palm:  The transformer in the inverter (schematic: page 57 right bottom) is clearly broken and came loose of the board.

The repair shouldn't be hard, but i didn't manage to find a replacement transformer. The package (second attachment) says 'TNB' and '24'. The schematic says 5V Input and 115V AC output. The size between the pins measure 10mm x 9mm.

Are there any (Fluke) guru's who can help me finding a suitable replacement part?
