Dear All ,
I am aware of the other 2 postings regarding the FLUKE PM3082 , but nothing that could be helpful to my issue ,
so after digging around found the service manual,
I looked and located all Class Y(input caps) capacitors in case they wore cracked and replaced them
and now I have no idea where to go next .... and I am quite afraid around high power CRT stuff because I've never worked with them ,
so if anyone can help me how to diagnose the problem it would be nice.
Last information the oscilloscope was on and working prior to just burning the fuse 1 day while being idle
I hope someone can help me ,
Thank you in advance
