Fluke Ti90 Thermal Imager

Hi there
So I've recently got a Fluke Ti90 thermal imager and it's a pitty that it is not working. It does turn on fine and all of the buttons and menus work correctly, but there's no image output at the screen. (Yes, I have made sure that the camera cover is open)

What happens can be seen in the images, where the screen shows no temperature gradients or anything, even though colours appear. It is also constantly entering into calibration mode, but it does not seem to change anything. It may be a faulty IR sensor and that would be bad, as Fluke is not keen on repairing it's stuff and components will be hard to find.

Any help would be much appreciated.
