I have one of these:
https://www.ebay.com/itm/125453545529I had a flood and it got toast. The motherboard looks wrecked but I'm hoping the blower is still functional, I'm really hesitant to throw away or replace it as they're expensive (even more so now) and I essentially have all the heavy parts. I figure worst case is I replace the blower and get a new controller (finding a motor to fit their setup internally seems like a nightmare), best case scenario is I find a replacement motherboard from the manufacturer but that's been a bust so far.
My game plan right now is to buy a 3 speed controller and wire up the blower to see if it still works, if so I'll just size a grommet and drill a hole through the case and have the off the shelf controller dangle out of the thing.
Any recommendations on cheap reliable blower controllers is extremely welcome and if (impossible) you know where spare boards for this thing are sold you are a god. There just doesn't seem to be a strong base of spares for a lot of these chinese goods.
Flood gore attached for the curious.
