[HELP REQUEST] BIOS Password Reset On Toshiba Satellite Radius E45W-C4200X

I have a laptop that I am trying to help a family member get back into since they forgot their BIOS password (boot) but I can not locate the jumper pins to reset it.

I've also tried letting it sit off the power cord for a few days (no cmos battery and internal battery is dead), holding down the shift key on boot, and using TOSHIBA/Toshiba/toshiba as an override password without any luck.

Am I missing something?

I think you posted on many websites, you got no answers ? 

do you have something like this on your mobo

Just short JRST2501 while booting and it will wipe the password. Hope it is still useful for you.

I can't express how much I appreciate your response. Not sure how I missed those pins but nonetheless you had the working solution to this problem. Once again thank you, and I would also like to suggest making a Youtube channel to share this valuable info or at least uploading to ifixit.com!!
