GLI PRO XA2200 AMPLIFIER

Trying to fix a Gli pro xa2200 amplifier which powers on but has no output audio change a few bad resistors and transistors but not getting a 12v at the dpdt relay needed to switch it on. A voltage regulator has the right input 14 to 3ov an 12v output rated value. Can't find a schematic or service manual online and I can't figure out why am not getting the 12v needed to switch the relay on. Your kind suggested fix are welcome. Thank you

Not sure, but they do ressemble some Bryston  amplifiers ??   never heard of this brand, and could be a copy of another brand

check pcb markings / names etc ...
