Glo E teddy lighting circuit 4.5VDC

Hi legends

Would anyone know where to get a replacement PCB ?
It's a 3 colour selection, 4.5VDC, dimming circuit for my daughter's old Glow teddy

It'd be awesome to bring it back to life
Can't seem to get the negative to switch onto the LED circuits
PCB 2A15-003-0055
