Good place to find replacement Fluke Scopemeter Parts?

I have an older Fluke 99 Scopemeter Series II that I really like, but of course has that issue with the screen that I see a lot. I've been looking on and off trying to find a replacement
transreflective display and EL backlight.

I've looked everywhere I know to look, and have even tried to find parts for the Phillips counterpart. I'm just coming at a loss on results. Is there any place that sells known good replacement parts for
these without having to gamble on a 'for parts or repair' Scopemeter from eBay?

The 97 is not the same as the 99, but it can do similar. The EL panel is easy to find.
