Title: goodwill gps 4303
Post by: oulup on July 31, 2020, 01:39:47 pm
Hi! I have here a broken goodwill gps 4303 power supply and I'd like to try and repair it. I still didn't try to turn it on. There was a message written on saying not to mount a fuse because it's broken, so I suspect some power device problems, it's quite probable they messed with the voltage change input switches. Anybody has got a schematic to share? thank you for the help.

Could you shoot a better picture of the front panel? It looks a lot like the digital version of the GWInstek bench PS that I have.  I want to see if it might be a clone of a power supply I may have a manual for.

It probably isnt, but you never know. These power supplies are often very similar.

here it is, the front plastic is missing, they threw it away, but you still can recognise the model i guess

It looks very similar, with some slight differences.

The manual I have thats similar is for a Tek badged PS with such similar layout that it may be useful, if not exactly the same.

See attached file, Tek_PS280-283_Service_Manual_Schematics.pdf
