Google Nest Thermostat gen 3 WiFi issue

Hello all!

My first post on the eevblog, with a question about some repair that I want to start.
 WiFi capability of my Nest Thermostat is dead for good, no network can be found and no connection with the control unit. I saw in reddit tones of topics with this issue and I start thinking on "could this problem be fixed".

Had anyone this issue and found a solution, or I will be the first addressing this one? I will post pictures with the teardown and hopefully a fix, if I will found one.
