GoPro Hero 4 Silver Rear LCD Replacement

Hey Guys,

I recently cracked the rear LCD screen on my Hero 4 Silver. I was able to source a replacement screen, but am having a little trouble getting to the screen itself.

I watched the teardown video posted on the EEV blog, but it does not go into detail about removing the battery compartment or the screen itself. Any help would be appreciated!
