Rigol DS1052E On-Off Switch

I have a Rigol DS1052E with a broken On-Off Switch. Does anyone now if there is a replacement part? Can anyone identify the maker?

It looks like you have removed it. If it's truly broken as you say, i.e. going in the trash, I'd try to take it apart and check the inside. If you can pry the switch case apart you may be able to repair it. It should come apart by prying metal tabs, and go back together at least one time.

I took it apart but the plunger broke internally and completely deformed (the students kept pressing with force) beyond repair the small metal blades.

Its seems that with minimal filling a rocker switch, fits nicely.

I couldn;t find none of those in my local supplier. And I couldn't locate it to TME or Digikey to add it to a pending order I had. I had to repair it this week.

BTW I believe the maker is BJ.
