Cisco Catalyst 3560 POE - pregnant capacitors

Hi guys,

I have a Cisco Catalyst 3560 POE-48, which have been used in the production.
Since yesterday it has started to reboot every 5 minutes.
I opened the case and noticed that the power supply capacitors looks fine fine but the capacitors on the board looks bad.

Please could you advice which series of Panasonic's capacitors shall I use to recap?
EB has got Lifetime @ Temperature: 10000 hours @ 105°C
Overkill?
