GPU Component Identification
« on: April 02, 2021, 11:06:56 pm »
I'm trying to repair a 2080Ti GPU.

In the red circle there are 3 missing components which I believe are MOSFETs the same as the one in the yellow box.
Can anyone identify the exact type of MOSFET they are so I can order some please.

Also I am looking to confirm the identity of some other chips.
The green box I believe to be an inductor.
The blue box I believe to be the power control SIC.
And the purple box to be filter capacitors.
Am I correct?

All help gratefully received.

The part in the yellow box appears to be a tantalum capacitor to me.

can you zoom pictures of them,  you seem to guessed right

not sure if the yellow are diode or capacitors,  but the capacitors have polarity on them, i think they are high speed switching diodes ??  or they have more pins ???

Looking to the left of the GPU, same components appear to be marked with "Lxx" , three of such designators for each part. Could that be an inductor network? Weird, i never seen several inductors packed in a single part.
