GPU Gigabyte N1030OC dead

Hi,
Im trying to repair this dead GPU, not working. Only i get 1 beep and 3 shorts, no screens. Where i can start to check with multimeter? any advice i thxfull a lot, if you need some pictures let me know..

Maybe the problems is video card (same as the GPU is onboard).
Check the means of the beeps on manual board (I thinks the meaning is universal).

Thx for reply, this MB have internal GPU and working, the problem is with this external GT 1030 , is not working. When i setup for only work with external,bios beep tell me problem with the gpu card. I want try to fix this one, i tested in another computer and same result. Where i can start to check with multimeter in the bad gpu card? thx

Hooo, sorry, I don't repair the title of the topic.
I don't understand how you can solve this problem (sorry). Because I thought the bips and meanings is the same to all configuration hardware.
