Grant Squirrel 1203 Data Logger repair

My trusted datalogger is dead :-(

It's a Squirrel 1203 from Grant instruments
Mine is with 8 analog and 8 TC inputs, very useful (when it works)

I've searched everywhere, but can't find any service manual / schematics (I do have the users manual)

Any info is welcome

Did you open the device and checked the obvious stuff?

Power supply and clock?

Try their service department, they sent me a SQ2020/2040 Mk2 Data Logger Service Manual service manual as the closest manual to my 2010.  My LCD display wasn't working and I couldn't connect via USB - but RS232 was working.  Resoldered/checked LCD display connector, and now back to normal.
