Gtx 770 no signal
« on: April 17, 2020, 09:28:56 am »
So, after using this card for just 3 days, I came home today and seen that the card is not giving any output. I tryed using the igpu but the gtx 770 is not even recognised by the system.

I checked the vrm voltages and seen 1.5v on the vrm near the video outputs and 0.8v on the cre vrm. I don't know exactly if the 0.8v is a good voltage as after some research, I see that the defoult voltage is 1.2

This card was broken and had all the ceramic capacitors from the 12v blown and after replacing them, the card worked again.

From the ground to the + of the caps, I was able to see around 470ohm but now, the reading is in range oh kohms și there bust be something that failed.

Regards Alex

I just plugged my gtx 770 into my brother's computer and it was working fine. I plugged an HD 6850 into my ps and it was working fine so the pci e port is fine.

Whst can it be?

Also, I was able to see that in his computer, the core vrm stayed at 1.1v
