GTX 780 TI short

hello, I have a gtx 780TI and apparently it has a short, when I connect it to my pc, it does not turn on the fan turns a second and turns off and when I disconnect the pc it works correctly, with a multimeter I made measurements on the connectors of 6 and 8 pins and in some it gave me 15.04 and did not give a 'beep' as in the others, I made measurements the same in some mosfets and two of them showed similar values ​​to 15.04

Are those mosfets short or can it be something else?
