Guess the part game - SOT23-5? with 81M2M marking

In a repair effort I have ID'd every part on the PCB except this one. Pin 4 is connected to a battery fed voltage bus between 10-18v and I am guessing it is a linear regulator with a 5v out. Pin 2 appears to be GND, Pin 3 is N/C, Pin 1 goes to a section of the circuit that I have not yet figured out. Pin 5 appears to feed a 3v3 LDO input.
