Hi.
I have a Vox VFS5 foot switch here and the silver buttons keep pushing through the chassis. It appears whoever replaced the nuts has used 12mm Nuts instead of 15/32" - 32 Thread.
Vox appear not to be interested in helping as I have emailed them four times with not one reply. :--
It seems that this is a common size for foot-switch nuts.
It seems that mouser stock them but they want £12 delivery!

Can anyone suggest a UK supplier who would probably stock nuts of this size?
Thanks

Across the pond here but the foot switch likely made by Carling Technologies. That's a 1/2" 12.70mm panel cutout, 15/32-2A threaded shaft, and the 9/16" hex nut 380-08602, and dress facenut 380-08810. (https://www.carlingtech.com/sites/default/files/documents/Carling-TS-Bushing-Accessories.pdf) Mouser UK has the 380-08602 in stock £0.21
PS I'm using Loctite on both nuts.
edit: oh, not availability but it's only the shipping costs? I can't help you with lowest S&H UK distributors.

Well I have been on to Carling technologies and they have informed me it is not one of their switches.
