GW Instek GDM-8135 Service Manual Needed

I recently bought a used GDM-8135 on EBAY. It only reads voltages on the 2 lowest ranges.Resistance is ok. Does anyone have a PDF of the service manual. There are no schematics in the owner's manual. Nothing obvious or burned upon inspection. Any help is much appreciated!

GW Instek GDM-8135 Service Manual.

GDM-8135 is 3-1/2 digits. You posted 8145.
GDM-8145 is is 4-1/2 digits, same as Wavetek Meterman BDM40, using ICL7135.
