Hello. new here. Came to this forum via friendly suggestion from another page.

I'm kinda rookie in electronics but I'm 100% into this. I try to be as respectful as I can and value people's time and insights a lot. That's why I'll accept suggestions and advice from anyone. Don't mind just posting a link to an existing guide that has what I'm looking for or such.

I'm having an issue with a laptop Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL05 (HS45A/HS55A REV1.0 NM-D641).

Not turning on. Led is blinking white after plugging adapter in and nothing else.

I've realized that there's some 'small' voltages missing in the LV5116AGQW -IC such (1.8VALW/2.5V_DDR/0.6VS)
IC seems to have it's inputs correctly, still to measure enable pins.

I'll create a full list about this laptop IC pins current values. Since I couldn't find its datasheet anywhere. I'll post it here just in case I miss whats going on.

Also I decided to create this post already just in case anyone has the answer already and to help others that might be going through the same issue or will do, since I couldnt find here a post with this specific device.

Btw, will appreciate suggestions, tricks, methods, besides logic about how to determine which lines are inputs and outputs in a complex IC such as this one. Kinda getting stuck sometimes about it (very noob stuff ik).

I'll leave the material I'm using for this for anyone who wants to follow or needs it. PDF's seem to be the ones but the boardview is from a similar laptop model.

 Thanks in advance!

Managed to, carefully, measure right upon the pins of the LV5116AGWQ IC. Values are these:

VSYS - 20,2
VCC - 5,1v
PVCC - 5,1v

V1P8A_IN - 3,3v
V1P8A_PH1 - 0,268v
V1P8A_PH2 - 0,268v
V1P8A_SNS - 0,268v
V1P8A_CTRL - 5,1v

VDDQ_HG - 0v
VDDQ_BOOT - 4,6v
VDDQ_PH - 0v
VDDQ_SWSNS - 0v
VDDQ_LG - 0v
VDDQ_SNS - 0v
VDDQ_CS - 0v

VPP_IN - 3,3v
VPP - 0v

VTT_IN - 0v
VTT - 0v
VTT_SNS - 0v

AUX_DRVEN - 0v
AUX_PWM - 0v
AUX_SWSNS - 0v
AUX_SNS - 0v
AUX_CS - 0,25v
AUX_SET - 1,2v
AUX_VID0 - 3,3v
AUX_VID1 - 3,3v
AUX_RGND - 0v

PROCHOT# - 0,39v
PG_ARAIL - 0v
PG_DDR - 0v
DDR_ID - 0v

SCL - 3,3v
SDA - 3,3v

PMIC_EN - 3,3v
DIGITAL_CTRL -   5,1v
SLP_SUS# - 3,3v
SLP_S4# - 3,3v
DDR_VTT_CTRL - 3,3v

As far as I know, inputs are okay and enables aswell. Some gates missing I think but I don't know if IC is responsable for that. After that I'm kinda lost.
Pro IC lines readers, I'm all yours. Thanks in advance!

PUMP! Since no answers. Did I post something wrong or my questions were not well elaborated?

No I'd say it's just super complicated, and most people have never worked on such a thing. Besides hobby folks, or people stuck in a Fallout shelter, no one would spend the time to try it.

Usually this stuff will have a few voltage rails, that start up in a certain order, with certain sections and chips powering up, like RAM, and then CPU. This thing would be over my head, but I'd at least try and map out the power sections, see if all the chips get their power, but yeah, as for the code and all the MCU stuff, forget it.

Ahh, okay @MathWizard.  I'm still looking for someone who understand how they work at first, since I'm rookie and couldn't find datasheet. I'm still digging deep to do so. Hope someone comes in some day with some XP about these ICs voltage orders.

Thanks for clarifying.
