HAMEG 303-6 O'scope fix

Looking for help in identifying a chip in this scope.   Designated as a HAMEG 25D used in the Final Y Amplifier board that drives the CRT drivers.  If anyone has the replacement for this chip or know where I can locate one; would be appreciative.
