Trotec IC060 thermal cam repair

Welcome in the hell 

I bought this camera on ebay because of symptoms (is possible to turn on after enough tries)
It's look like power source problem (obviously capacitor).

But
It's no so easy as seems to be
There is no service manual, nothing.

I started from beginning .. power supply



Everything is rear-lacquered:( When I can measure something I need to scrape the contacts

Next straight forward step check all capacitors ... hmm tantal



All seems to be OK and next step was connect additional boards to check if power consumption will increase.

But nothing.

When I put together all boards camera looks good started but on display si only one vertical line and after that nothing.

There is lot of potential problems like RAM, CF card, display, CPU or FPGA.
Suggestion's are welcome.

Back to repair and little late update.

I did some measurements and testing and finally CF card is broken.
I think CF card contains standard FAT partition for pictures, but also some non-standard segment which contain firmware.

Question: 
Know somebody about any tool to repair complete data from CF card? Something like ghost for standard HDD?

Good news

CF card is still bad, but after format on PC camera working fine.
Sometimes is problem to bootup sometimes save of image failed but working.
Definitely I should buy new CF card.
