Hantek DS0 5072P Boot up issues

Hi, Recently picked up this Hantek DS0 5072P scope. It was advertised as a brand new out of the box working unit by the seller but when I received it, although I can see the lights ON, there is nothing on the display. Just a black screen. See picture. The CH1, CH2, MATH, AUTOSET, SINGLE SEQ AND RUN/STOP button lights always stay ON and I cannot get them OFF by pressing them. Similarly the VO indicator also stays ON. As I understand, perhaps I am wrong, that this is the Boot mode. So my DSO5072P does not come out of the boot mode. I measured the +5V, 3.3V, -8V are spot-on, while the +14V measures +12.4V. Can anyone from the Forum help on this issue ?
Secondly, I did not receive any CD in the box. Regards.
