Hantek DSO2000 freezes the display after start up

Hello all!

A few months ago I purchased an oscilloscope Hantek DSO series 2000 and now I have a problem with it.. The instrument freeze the display after start up, all the LED's of the front panel are on and nothing is possible to do with the instrument.

I wander if someone of you have experienced this problem and what can be the cause of the problem.
