Hantek DSO2D10, Channel 1 Unusable

Good evening, about 10 months ago I bought a Hantek DSO2D10 oscilloscope through Aliexpress, using it occasionally, about 1 week ago I started having problems with channel 1, progressively, initially I could compensate it without any problem and gradually this work became more difficult to the point that currently it cannot be compensated, and the voltage measurement is totally low in the mV range, with a phase shift of almost 90%, I contacted Hantek technical service and they sent me software updates and files for reprogramming without solving the problem, in short it is a hardware problem, without the possibility of making the guarantee effective because I am in South America, the technical service stopped answering the messages without a solution to the problem, I would like to know if someone has suffered this problem and found a solution to save the computer, thanks

Did you try calibrating? I had that issue once and was fixed that way.
Installing new software doesn't run the calibration, so the issue remained until I manually ran it.

I had a problem with my rigol ds1054z, a few days after receiving it, the four channels started out of calibration, but after 15 minutes they were perfect, following the instructions of the Rigol technical service, it arrived that it was humidity, they recommended me to use ethyl alcohol where they are connected the BNC, I also disarmed it and put it in the sun on the plate, never again a problem

Yo tuve un problema con mi rigol ds1054z, a los dias de recibirlo, los cuatro canales iniciaban descalibrado, pero despues de 15 minutos quedaban perfectos, siguiendo las intruciones de el servicio tecnico Rigol llegue que era humedad, me recomendaron usar alcohol etilico donde estan conectados los BNC, ademas lo desarme y lo puse que le de el sol sobre la placa, nunca mas un problema

Thanks for your answers, Hantek technicians ruled out that the origin of the problem is software, apparently a hardware problem, Hantek's solution is to send the equipment to China, but it is impossible due to costs, currently channel 1 of the equipment does not calibrate or compensate, channel 2 works perfectly.
