Hantek DSO5102P not measuring anything on both channels
« on: March 12, 2020, 04:59:14 pm »
Hello,

I just got an Hantek DSO5102P oscilloscope and out of the box I wanted to calibrate the probes. After I hooked the probe to reference signal it worked for 5 seconds and after that it stopped. The scope is not measuring any voltage at all, connected it to my power supply without any success, on both channels.

When I turn the self calibration it gets stuck at 2/38 step with the message: Self calibration failed, error: 0xc00. Any idea why it might happen?

Okay looks like I solved the problem. There was a loose wire from the power supply to the logic board.
