Hardcard 20 Plus + bios dump

Here are the two bios eprom files from a Hardcard 20 Plus+.  Version F35 NEC D27128C socket U114 and Version B33 NEC D2764C socket U113.  The file is a rar extension that I have changed to zip to upload here.  You may have to change it back to make it work.  These are raw binary dumps from the eprom chips.

Note if you downloaded the old version of the dump before today it has extra padding at the start and end of the file.  I have corrected that today.  Please delete the old version and use the updated version.  I have edited the original post with the correct version.
