no

All I've seen is one Russian guy broke it apart (because it cannot be disassembled by normal means) to reverse engineer.

i managed to disassemble it and fixed it 4 or 5 times but finally one part broke plus russian tock apart  pico not nano. if i wear to have another head it would be a lot easy to repair the one i have without bracking components. if anyone have dead i-con nano head.......they could send it to me and i promise to post disasemble tutorial

They are almost the same, minor differences.

BTW I don't really get. Do you want fix base station or i-tool (soldering iron)?

tool . Red is place o part that broke and blue was rezult of last attempt to fix it, but may i remaind you that it is fixed 4-5 times and it vas done with 100W regular old soldering iron.
BTW how is connector that connects to PCB of station is colled?
Tho i can just buy 5 Pins 12mm XLR Aviation Audio Male Plug ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/351641369762 ) and replace original with one mean connector.

Is it possible to take the wand apart without breaking anything? If yes - provide instructions and I will take mine apart.

you need hot air station, razor blade, hot glue gun, heat shrink tube <17mm clear is advised and patience . you heat one side of handle until it starts to bubble....heat it slow not to boil.Heat will destroy hardness of plastic in that location and you shave <0.5mm of it and then rotate to other location do the same WARNING be aware of location of parts side(there is 2 thin contacts of heater element, that side is where parts reside)when you want to reconstruct it you use hot glue and heat shrink making as possibly similar to original as possible then put on heat shrink and heat it corekting any hot glue misses.

Sorry but I cannot see how to take the wand apart without destroying it. As far as I can tell it appears to have been molded in-situ.

plus russian tock apart  pico not nano.
I guess you didn't notice that on the Russian's PCB, it says "ERSA pico nano" — clearly it's the same PCB for both. I assume it's just programmed with a different identity, and outfitted with a different connector to the heater (which is the real difference between the pico and nano models).
