Heathkit IM-2260 DMM Full Manual?

Has anyone ever seen the full manual for the Heathkit IM-2260 meter?  The partial manual can be found here.

Now the partial manual has most of the good stuff (schematic, board layout, calibration info), but it would still be nice to have the full manual.
