| Help finding replacement OVP IC |

| ImpulsiveJames:
I was replacing a button on my wireless gaming controller (Gulikit) and accidentally murdered a poor SOT23 over voltage protection IC. It's a P14C13 and looks like it's made by Prisemi. I'm having trouble finding a data sheet, but more importantly, does mouser or digikey call these things something other than a Over Voltage Protection IC? If someone can help with a datasheet or replacement ideas, that would be awesome. I'm pretty sure it's just for a standard USBC charger with a 1S cell, but I've been wrong before |

Have a look under TVS Transient Voltage Suppressors https://www.digikey.com/en/products/filter/transient-voltage-suppressors-tvs/tvs-diodes/144 |
