Came across these on a rs232 interface, would like to find a part#! most of the chips are dated 96~99 if that helps.

Parts on the power supply are commonly known as "3 terminal capacitor". They are like a an LC filter.
RS232 may be similar, since they also appear to have 3 terminals and the use would match.
Exact part numbers would be hard to tell.
