Help identify C1B

I'm trying to recreate a RF noise generator circuit from the 90's which sorta works now. A four terminal smd component is marked C1B. I've searched through databases suggested in the EEVblog beginner section and have scrolled through pages of google results with no luck.  The data sheet would be appreciated.
