Hallo everyone
This is a NEC LCD monitor. After it lights up, it always rolls up and down, it looks like the voltage is unstable. So I tried to replace the capacitor, but I didn't know the specific specifications of the SMD capacitor, so I disassembled the SMD capacitor. The dimensions of the capacitor are 1.6mm x 1.6mm x 3.2mm。
I don't know the withstand voltage and capacity of the chip capacitor,A friend suggested that I look for the surrounding circuit components. I took a picture and found a chip with a SOT23-6 package and the code is D05A.
It looks like a DCDC voltage conversion circuit.
If you know the exact model, please tell me, thanks.

Qxxx are transistors.

Qxxx are transistors.
Is it a P-channel MOS tube?

Examine the datasheet for the PWM controller IC.

Examine the datasheet for the PWM controller IC.
It seems that the PWM chip should be this one
I found the manual for this monitor, but there is no schematic diagram available

I can't find any information on either IC. I believe D05A is indeed a MOSFET, with the same pinout that you have identified, but I don't know whether it is P-channel.

D05A could be AO6400.
