help identify microwave transistor marking code 0x or 0r
« on: May 10, 2019, 03:21:27 pm »
Hello
I found there is a transistor marking code "0r" in my microwave VCO box, which output freq 1 to 2 GHz.
Another box the same transistor code is "0x".
Anyone can help to find out what's this? Thanks.

I can reply by myself.
It's NE85635/2SC3603, has multiple suffix like 0k, 0x or 0r, etc. It's similar to 2SC3355 only different package.
