help identify smd component

hi i have problem with NL3224AC35 nec lcd 5.5' panel look like this component low ohm beetwen pins but cant recognize it , connected to out of tl1451 pwm controller
it has 5 pins .. complex npn-pnp? mark is E5 ..thanks for helping.
