Help identify Sot-23 part number marking starting with "E4" or "F1"

(1/2) > >>

varnasfix:
Hello everyone!

I have "boiled" my head trying to identify a Sot-23 part from a pcb driving an IGBT module on an inverter.

In different production batches they have used two different sot-23 parts so there are two markings starting with "E4" or "F1" to help identify the part number.
Also in both occasions the part appears on the pcb both pins 1 & 2 are connected which would indicate towards a dual diode. However if we measure between pins 1 & 3 there is a diode in both ways...
Both transistor LCR testers I have don't even recognize it and message "part unknown ..." appears.

There are photos of both places that the part is used on the pcb.

Thank you!

Thank you so much. You are an absolute legend!

I must have gone through dozens and dozens of datasheets without any results

:phew:

I didn't have any luck with datasheets, either. Instead, I resorted to Google Images and an Aliexpress search (with images).

Hi, This is my first post.    There is  handy app called SMD. You put in the code and it lists the devices.
