a74j01 is an ic in PSU
The PSU MODEL IS : evga supernova nex650g
I CAN'T find the service manual or schematic for it
Leg number 5 & 6 are shorted internally in the ic it makes the PSU
START on it's own not waiting for the pson signal to come

I have no idea where I found this...
As you see, it's a synchronous rectification controller for 12V/5V output forward topology with added regulated 3.3V buck controller.
No pin numbers, sorry, you will have to figure it out from the PCB.

It looks like pins 5 & 6 are fed by a Sync winding on the transformer.
